Here’s How Our Process Works

  1. 360 Interview - We'll Interview about a dozen people. Two key questions to ask.
  2. Review Feedback - we sit down and take a look at the feedback.
  3. Pick 1 – 2 Goals - you pick one or two things to work on.
  4. Identify Stakeholders - We Identify half a dozen or so co-workers/stakeholders to involve.
  5. Get Boss’s Approval – gets sign off on the goal(s) and stakeholders.
  6. Enroll Stakeholders – We explain the process and ground rules. We emphasize that it won’t take much time and that we just need them to pay attention to what the leader is working on.
  7. Build Action Plan - we build an action plan based on their input.
  8. Share Your Plan - You share your action plan with your stakeholders.
  9. You use your courage, humility, & discipline to execute on it.
  10. We coach you and your stakeholders through the process.
  11. We also play the role of a safe person for you to reflect & rehearse with.
  12. Follow Our 7-Step Coaching Process – it’s structured and simple.
  13. Brief Survey After 4-6 months.
  14. Final Survey After 12 Months.
