Dr. Sanjeev Raman

Dr. Raman is well versed in several methodologies/frameworks for managing projects like Scrum, Waterfall, V-model, Kanban, SAFe, etc. He has supported all aspects of the software lifecycle (SDLC) and has developed and implemented Agile processes consistent with ISO 9001:2008 and CMMi standards. Apart from Agile process improvement and implementation, Dr. Raman has also spearheaded development of a light weight Scrum Agile Management tool that uses social logins and supports offline mobile capability. Dr. Raman currently works as an Agile Coach and Trainer to help organizations adopt Agile for their Organization. Apart from his consulting, he has published a book, titled "Conquer the Fundamentals of Scrum” and has published several articles on Agile. Dr. Raman is also looking to publish case studies on Agile practices for software development to share his experience with others. A particular interest is how Scrum can be implemented with remote teams - a common theme with many organizations today. Dr. Raman is certified in Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Kanban, and has experience in Lean Startup and Lean UX.

Dr. Raman is based in Portland, Oregon, and works a lot in Silicon Valley.
