Sustainability Innovators

Amplify your impact by using the best principles & practices in innovation.

Sustainability Innovators

Thank you for the vital work that you do. Not only are the stakes extremely high, but you’re working in the face of unprecedented uncertainty and rapid change.

On top of that, you likely also face challenges that are common to all dynamic organizations. These challenges may include maximizing impact, planning amid uncertainty, supporting rapid experimentation & learning, adaptating to changing goals & constraints, and more.

Since these challenges are common to many organizations, you have an opportunity to borrow best principles & practices from outside of sustainability. You may have heard of product development frameworks like Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, etc. While these are often associated with the tech giants of Silicon Valley, their key principles apply to any type of product, service, or process, and any industry, government, or NGO. And some organizations see 2X-10X gains in value delivery & impact.

I'd welcome a conversation to better understand your challenges. Then we can explore how Agile innovation can amplify your impact. (pro bono) I offer collaboration on the big challenges of our times. Please reach out, and let's discuss ways forward.
